Kooch · in action

One field day, from the geofence to the export.

Seven cuts through the product as it is actually used. A rep checks in, files a visit and moves a deal; the office watches it land, clears the queue and closes the month.

Kooch · in action · 00:37

  1. Check in. A rep opens the app inside the customer’s geofence, 38 m in, and taps on duty at 9:14 am. Time and coordinates are stamped together.
  2. Visit. A visit to Sharma Traders in Nashik is filed at 11:42 with a photo, GPS stamp and a note about stock.
  3. Pipeline. A ₹4.20L opportunity is opened on the doorstep and the open pipeline moves from ₹7.30L to ₹11.50L.
  4. The office. In the console’s live map, six of seven people are on duty, and the visit filed twelve seconds ago appears against the rep who filed it.
  5. Approvals. A ₹85,000 cheque collection and a ₹1,240 fuel claim are approved from one queue, with the slip and receipt attached.
  6. Month end. August closes at 96.4% attendance, 412 visits, ₹11.50L collected and ₹38,400 in claims, exported as a 412 row CSV.
  7. The point. Stop asking where are you. It is filed from one phone and waiting in the console.

How it works

The phone files it. The console reviews it.

Employees never open a spreadsheet. Administrators never chase one. Both are looking at the same record, a second apart.

For the field team

Everything filed from a phone, in seconds

One app for the whole day. Your rep checks in inside the geofence you drew, logs the call while standing in the shop, and photographs the receipt before it goes missing.

  • Attendance - check in and out, inside a geofence
  • Visits - log a customer call with notes and photos
  • Pipeline - leads and opportunities in one tab
  • Collections - record cash or cheque against a customer
  • Claims & leave - submit and request without a form

For the office

Approvals in one queue, not one inbox

Claims, collections and leave arrive in a single place with the evidence already attached. Approve or reject, and the employee is told on their phone.

  • Live locations - where the team is right now, on a map
  • Geofences - draw the sites that count as on-premises
  • Employees - invite, disable, and set who reports to whom
  • Exports - take any table to CSV when finance asks

Pipeline

Leads win you a customer. Opportunities keep them.

Two kinds of deal, one Pipeline tab. A lead is a prospect who isn’t your customer yet - win it and they become one. An opportunity is the next sale to a customer you already have: a renewal, a new order, whatever your business calls it.

Why they’re two lists, not one

Winning a lead creates a customer. Winning an opportunity doesn’t create anything - it sets a stage, records what the deal was worth, and stamps the date it closed. Keeping them apart is what stops a repeat sale minting a duplicate customer.

  • Your own deal types - a per-organisation list an admin maintains, so “pipeline by product line” is a grouping, not a spelling test
  • Stages and value - see what’s open, what closed, and what it was worth
  • Assign to a team - more than one person can carry an opportunity
  • One tab on the phone - reps see Pipeline, not two menu items

Seven modules, switched on per organisation.

A courier company has no leads. A distributor lives on collections. Each module is a flag on your organisation - flip one and both the app and the console rearrange themselves. Try it:

Pipeline - either one gives reps the Pipeline tab
Always included: Attendance Leave Customers
What the employee sees
Home Customers Leave Visits Pipeline Collections Claims Calendar

The tab bar holds Home and three of these - Visits, Pipeline and Calendar get first claim on a slot. Everything else is a tile on Home.

Sidebar order, top to bottom. Managers reach their own reports from the phone rather than from here.

Ravi’s Tuesday, as it files itself

A demonstration of one field employee’s day. Ravi checks in at 08:42 inside the Andheri East geofence, logs a visit to Sharma Traders at 09:15, creates a lead worth 4,20,000 rupees for Nova Textiles at 10:03, wins an 85,000 rupee renewal at 11:05, records 18,500 rupees collected in cash at 11:30, submits a 740 rupee fuel claim at 13:05, and checks out at 17:48 after 41.2 kilometres. Every entry reaches the console as it is filed. Use the time buttons below to step through it.

    Reporting lines

A manager is just an employee with people under them.

No second licence, no separate app. Give someone reports and a My team card appears on their home screen - each report’s attendance, travel, claims, pipeline, collections and visits, read-only.

Two things a manager does rather than reads: put an appointment on a report’s calendar, and approve or reject their leave.

    Regional headsees everyone below
    Area managersees their branch
    Ravi Kulkarnifield
    Priya Nairfield

Skip-level works by default - the hierarchy is walked upwards, so a regional head reaches everyone beneath them.

    Pricing

    Questions

    Before you ask us

What’s the difference between a lead and an opportunity?
A lead is a prospect who isn’t your customer yet - win it and they become one. An opportunity is the next deal against a customer you already have, like a renewal or a new order. Winning an opportunity records the value and closes it without creating a second copy of that customer.
Does the app track location all day?
Only if you switch that module on. Location tracking is one of the seven flags, off by default - with it off, the app records where a check-in, visit or collection happened, and nothing in between.
What happens where there’s no signal?
The entry is filed on the phone with its own time and place, and syncs when the connection returns. The timestamp is the moment it happened, not the moment it uploaded.
Can a manager see another team’s people?
No. A manager reaches exactly the people beneath them in the reporting line, and that is enforced on every request - a skip-level manager reaches everyone under them, and nobody reaches sideways.
Do we have to use every module?
No - that’s the point of the flags. Attendance, leave and customers are always there; visits, leads, opportunities, collections, claims, calendar and location tracking are each switched on per organisation.
How does the 35% yearly discount work?
Pay for twelve months up front and you save ₹1,508 per employee on Standard - ₹359 a month becomes ₹233, billed as ₹2,800 for the year - and ₹2,008 on Premium, where ₹459 becomes ₹292, billed as ₹3,500. That is 35% and 36% off. Basic stays free either way; switch the toggle above the plans to compare.
Can we get our data out?
Any table in the console exports to CSV. It’s your data in your organisation’s records, and finance usually wants it in a spreadsheet at month end.

Find out what your team did today.

A 20-minute walkthrough on your own data. We’ll set up one organisation, invite two employees, and you can watch the entries land.
